The Gonzo Gear Down Vest is meant to get the down layer back into your pack. A large comes in just over 5 ounces with over 2 ounces of 900fp down inside the vest. With this vest you can feel comfortable hanging out in camp without pushing that base weight.

    Gonzo Gear takes sustainability seriously. A down garment can last decades. That’s why we pair ethically sourced Allied down with a more robust recycled 15d ripstop over lighter 10d or 7d.

  • Medium: 4.8oz (2.2oz 900fp down)

    Large: 5.1oz (2.4oz 900fp down)

    This piece is calculated to have 1.5in of loft. With the larger baffle size and a slight overstuff, this piece gets a ton of loft. It is intended for 3 season use.

    This vest gives a very relaxed fit with plenty of room to add layers underneath. Gonzo Gear down layers are meant to have extra length and width for the baffles to properly expand. Size up if you’re questioning what size to get.
