Shipping from Stevenson, Washington

Gonzo Gear is operated out of a rural town near the Pacific Crest Trail. Our only shipping option in town is USPS. It is a small post office and is not open at all hours. It’s closed on weekends and for a few hours during the afternoon. Orders will usually ship within 3 days. The real price of shipping vs estimated can be off by a dollar or two, but on average the prices even out, so we just go with the estimated costs. Looking into alternatives always. Thank you!

Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items shipped via USPS within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
